I have been elected a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London, which dates back to 1707 but has its origins in an earlier society reaching back to the 1580s (the College of Antiquaries) which formed around William Camden. It is a great honour to be elected FSA, and I am grateful to everyone who has enabled and supported my election.
