This evening I gave an online talk for the Folklore Society’s series of online talks whose theme was the origins of Britain’s fairies, drawing upon my recent book Twilight of the Godlings: The Shadowy Origins of Britain’s Supernatural Beings. The talk was chaired by Dr Ceri Houlbrook and all tickets were sold out; there was an interesting discussion afterwards and several thought-provoking questions.
